Principle of the thimble: through the compression of the spring inside the handle to control the top output, the top output range of 20-30N (the detection force value can be customized according to customers), when the indicator light on the hour hand does not exit, indicating that the needle has been installed in place, if the needle exits, it indicates that it is not installed in place.

Usage and precautions:
1. Select the corresponding head according to the detection requirements;
2. Hold the thimble in hand (should avoid covering the top red lamp shade, so as not to see the indicator light), align the top with the head of the pin, and front the top, you can see the indicator light (see the indicator light, do not force the thimble), be sure to ensure that the thimble and the needle vertical;
3. Check whether the pin is bent and deformed after the thimble test. If the pin is not in a vertical state, the pin may be bent and deformed.
4. Because the tip of the 5A female pin is thin, it is easy to break during operation. If there is a break, be sure to check and remove the tip that is broken in the insert pin hole; If you do not use the thimble, please remove the fine top and keep it well to avoid breakage;
5. The thimble should regularly detect the compression force value of the spring (20-30N), whether the LED lamp works normally, the battery power is insufficient, etc. (Note: if any of the above problems are not met, it needs to be checked);
6. The battery can be replaced automatically when the battery is low, unscrew the back cover of the thimble to replace the battery, please pay attention to the installation direction of the positive and negative batteries (battery model: CR 1220, voltage 3V);
7. Do not use other unverified thimble tools to avoid damage to pins and connectors due to improper operations.
